2. Products & Availability

We offer the following product types:

  • Core Products – ongoing availability

  • Drops – limited-time releases

  • Collaborations – limited releases with partners

All products are subject to availability.

For Drops and Collaborations:

  • Products are available only during the specified sale window

  • No restocks will occur once the sale period ends

  • Availability is first come, first served

  • Adding an item to cart does not reserve it

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock discrepancies

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • Payment is processed securely via PayFast

  • We do not store any payment details

Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Reasons may include:

    • Product unavailability

    • Errors in pricing or product information

    • Fraud or unauthorized transactions

Customers may not cancel orders once placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available within South Africa only

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery, not dispatch.

We are not liable for:

  • Courier delays

  • Delivery failures outside our control

However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is defective

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Any non-defective items
